Okay.

To recap, the problem was that, due to pilot error, the i386 build
that had been uploaded previously had latin1 man pages instead of
ASCII. This is not particularly harmful, but Not What Was Intended,
and is certainly annoying.

Cleanly rebuilt sets, contributed by Havard, have been put onto the
main ftp site, replacing the mangled sets. base and some other sets
were not changed.

If you don't mind the slight annoyance, or intend to "make build" on
your system some time soon anyway, you don't need to re-download.

If you are a mirror site, though, you should re-download.

A cleaned up "domestic" will be done shortly, FYI.
