Its only a slight exaggeration. It has taken years for the case to get
this far, and its only on the first level of appeal -- there are two
more to go, assuming en bank hearing followed by a supreme court
case. Even if the supreme court grants cert, it will be almost a year
from the time they do so until a decision is rendered, and it will
probably take a year for the case to make it past the next level of
appeal before it can even get to the supreme court...
