I'm currently running 1.4_ALPHA, compiled with source from
April 14th. My scsi cd-rom drive has not worked since I installed
1.4_ALPHA originally, the day -current branched. It was working until
then, and I had been running 1.3K (from about March 14th, I think). I'm
not sure how to trace this any further, would someone care to point me
at something that would help me do so?
The problem is most noticeable in that disklabel is hanging in disk wait,
and so the nightly security scans hang. I've disabled check_disklabels,
so that is no longer the case, but it might be good to have check_disklabels
differentiate between hard drives and cd-rom drives, if not too difficult.

The first thing to access the cd-rom drive hangs in disk wait.
Excerpts from dmesg:
cd1 at scsibus0 targ 5 lun 0: <SONY, CD-ROM CDU-55S, 1.0t> SCSI2 5/cdrom removable
scsibus0 at aic0: 8 targets, 8 luns per target
aic0 at isa0 port 0x340-0x35f irq 11
I'm going to go ahead and upgrade to today's source, and see if that fixes
anything, but if anyone has pointers to how I can debug this, I'd appreciate
them.
