For some serendipitous reason, even though the disks are different
models they have exactly the same geometries.

wd0 at pciide0 channel 0 drive 0: <TOSHIBA MK6412MAT>
wd0: drive supports 16-sector pio transfers, lba addressing
wd0: 6194MB, 13424 cyl, 15 head, 63 sec, 512 bytes/sect x 12685680 sectors
wd0: 32-bits data port

wd0 at wdc0 channel 0 drive 0: <IBM-DADA-26480>
wd0: drive supports 16-sector pio transfers, lba addressing
wd0: 6194MB, 13424 cyl, 15 head, 63 sec, 512 bytes/sect x 12685680 sectors
wd0: drive supports PIO mode 4, DMA mode 2, Ultra-DMA mode 2

I did try reinstalling os-bs. Its entirely possible that that the
disk addressing differs slightly. I had thought that both computers
used LBA, but I did have to reinstall os-bs before it ran correctly.
The cloned computer (a toshiba 4800) calls their ide modes "standard"
and "advanced". I'm assuming advanced is LBA. The computer I cloned
it on called the modes CHS/LBA/advanced-CHS (from memory).

Now if I could just figure out what I need to reinstall to get the
disk to boot directly I'd gladly reinstall that.
