Hi,

after sup.owl.de closed, i started to sup pkgsrc from sup.de.netbsd.org.
To my surprise i received all README.html files for all packages. And with 
the next sup they all came again, even for packages that haven't changed for 
ages.

Now my questions:

Do all sup mirrors ship the README.html files with any sup. If yes, why?
And why not only the ones whose package has changed?

If not, which sup mirrors don't send the files? 

It's quite annoying for someone living in germany who pays alot for online 
time to get that amount of redundant data.
