Hello,

To address the concerns people raised about the last minute integration in
the tree, after discussing the situation with Perry we've decided:

	- to remove the cvs subtree
		(it is actually in my home directory now)
	- to leave the postfix uid and the gid alone for now (*)
		(it makes installation from a package easier)
	- to leave the directory creation in NetBSD.dist alone for now (*)
		(it makes installation from a package easier)
	- to resume the discussions whether it should be integrated in the
	  tree for after 1.4
	- to create a postfix package
		(I don't know if I'll have the time for this, but I'll try)

I hope that this decision makes everyone happy.
