Both this an your other error are due to stale sources. You need

$NetBSD: nfsmount.h,v 1.17 1999/02/26 23:44:48 wrstuden Exp $

for sys/nfs/nfsmount.h and

$NetBSD: mount.h,v 1.73 1999/02/27 00:47:35 wrstuden Exp $

for sys/sys/mount.h.

Try re-supping.
