Wrong.  It doesn't.  Bugs are waking up after a while.  :(
I use NetBSD-current since August.  It never happened before.
A few weeks ago I changed the mainboard and the processor to AMD K6-2 333MHz
(overclocked to 350MHz).  Maybe this caused X-Windows to hang up?

For now I have to use 'noaccel'. :(:
