Put this in your /etc/ttys
ttyv0 "/usr/libexec/getty Pc" pc3 on secure
ttyv1 "/usr/libexec/getty Pc" pc3 on secure
ttyv2 "/usr/libexec/getty Pc" pc3 on secure
ttyv3 "/usr/libexec/getty Pc" pc3 on secure
And then you can switch via ctl-alt-f[1234] or just
alt-f{9,10,11,12}
