Not true.  PCI officially maxes at 33Mhz (unless you are using 66Mhz PCI but
that's unlikely).  Another common frequency is 25 Mhz (P75s ran at that).
Some motherboard allow you run PCI faster but then that's violating PCI specs
and you tempting fate.
