It's not question about the FreeBSD CAM Implementation, really. It's a
question about the FreeBSD/CAM Architecture. If you talk about
implementation, then a pissing war over differences between bus_dma will
erupt- and that is unnecessary.

Consider that there is a (not very well documented, yes) FreeBSD/CAM
Architecture with one proof of concept in FreeBSD-3.0.
