Well, I must say trying out the gEDA package was a surreal experience
:)

After compiling and installing, I ran "geda".  I was presented with a
tiny window with the word "File" in it.  Clicking on it dropped down a
menu with the single entry "Quit" in it.  Clicking on Quit did
nothing. :)

But it does remind you it's alpha, and it looks like eventually it'll
be pretty exciting...
