And I want to know when the battery is at, say, 30%, 10%, or close to zero.
When does the script get called?  This is where I think Ken's approach starts
to not scale.

And presumably another script when the UPS gets mains power back.  And
(again) i want calbacks at various levels as the UPS stored energy drains,
if its a desktop i actually use rather than a server in a machine-room.
