No, this is not true.  I have tested rpc2 on both the arm32 and the
ns32k architectures.  The code I wrote for arm32 and ns32k should be
in the most recent versions of coda.  If not, they should be included.
They are in the head of the CVS tree.

Other than that, your additions sound good.
