Can anyone point me in the right direction to decoding the following
error?

...
 /netbsd: st0(ahc1:6:0): Check Condition on CDB: 0x0a 00 01 00 00 00
 /netbsd: SENSE KEY: Hardware Error
 /netbsd: ASC/ASCQ: ASC 0x44 ASCQ 0xbc
 /netbsd:
 /netbsd: st0(ahc1:6:0): Check Condition on CDB: 0x10 00 00 00 02 00
 /netbsd: SENSE KEY: Hardware Error
 /netbsd: INFO FIELD: -619708416
 /netbsd: ASC/ASCQ: ASC 0x44 ASCQ 0xbc
 /netbsd:
...

  This is a

st0 at scsibus0 targ 6 lun 0: <ARCHIVE, Python 28849-XXX, 4.CM> SCSI2 1/sequential removable
st0: density code 0x24, 512-byte blocks, write-enabled
ch0 at scsibus0 targ 6 lun 1: <ARCHIVE, Python 28849-XXX, 4.CM> SCSI2 8/changer removable
ch0: 4 slots, 1 drive, 1 picker, 0 portals

Frankly, I've had it with this piece of junk, and I ordered a new drive
on Thursday, but I thought I'd give the cleaner and drive one last chance.

My SCSI bus is now very clean with terminators at both ends that are
on the cable rather than using the drive. My SCA drive and tape drive still
do not work.
