The egcs libstdc++ is 2.0.

There was a bug between libstdc++ 0.0 on NetBSD 1.2 and NetBSD 1.3 - they
were different sources with the same shlib version.  Unfortunately, that
makes NetBSD 1.2 and 1.3 binaries incompatible; the 1.0 was introduced to
fix that.
