Hi -

  I noticed recently that dump's estimates of percentage complete have
become even worse than before.

  DUMP: 92.90% done, finished in 0:22
  DUMP: 95.64% done, finished in 0:13
  DUMP: 97.86% done, finished in 0:06
  DUMP: 100.05% done, finished in 0:00
  DUMP: 102.73% done, finished in 0:-8
  DUMP: 104.81% done, finished in 0:-14
  DUMP: 1560403 tape blocks

  I'm getting used to seeing > 100% done reports with a dump
built with Oct 19 -current sources, although this behaviour
seems pretty new.

  Should I just keep shrugging it off, or is there something
that needs fixing/rebuilding?
