Hi folks...

I just added code to detect RealTek 8019 chips on ISA, ISAPnP, and PCMCIA
NE2000-compatbile Ethernet cards.  If present, you will get media selection
support, including 10base2, 10baseT, 10baset-FDX, and auto select.

Apparently, some of the D-Link PCMCIA cards have this RealTek chip in
them.  I would appreciate feedback on this.
