I imported the newest release version of the ISC's name server software
BIND 8.1.2 into our source tree today. At the moment we only use the new
server and DNS related tools, "libc" will be updated seperately later.

Because BIND 8.1.2 offers a lot of new features like access lists for
downloading or querying zones the name server "named" has a complete
new configuration file called "/etc/named.conf". You can convert your
configuration file with this command:

named-bootconf </etc/named.boot >/etc/named.conf

However, that script is beta so it might create a non working name server
configuration. Please send a PR with the original "named.boot" in such
a case so that I can fix it.

Because of the required changes described above the old version 4.9.6 is
still the default for now and you have to put "USE_BIND8 = YES" in
"/etc/mk.conf" to get the new version.
