Nope. At least it's not listed in in the pkgsrc version's PLIST (and
should not be, nor should it be installed from there). The "current"
teTeX distribution (0.4pl7) contains a much older (ancient) version of
texinfo (3.9). Packages like this that contain other variants of
packages with the exact same filenames are evil.
Oddly enough there's even yet another variant version of texi2dvi
already in the source tree....
