Right. I have a lawyer friend I'll discuss it with.

I believe publication was also how the DES algorythm got exported.

I think that you can export the code as part of a book, so we couldn't
just print out code and mail it. But I think we could come up w/ a book
describing the code. It'd also be useful as a documentation step. :-)
