I'd tend to agree - what's stopping us from having both a domestic krb5 and
international krb4, other than setting up a remote CVS server?

(Also, looking through the sources in domestic/, isn't there a lot of
exportable stuff and a minimum of non-exportable sources, or does the ITAR
cover the complete product and not pieces of the bunch?  Couldn't the few
bits be rewritten outside of the US with the same API?)
