Support for FIFOs is no longer optional; this change was made because
(at least UFS-based) filesystem LKMs usually (a compile-time decision)
would require the filesystem-independent portion (sys/miscfs/fifofs)
to be available.  In addition to that, they're required by several
industry standards.
