In all the work on adding the NIS/YP functionality that occured 'way back when
(much thanks to those involved), did adding lookups in the "rpc.bynumber" NIS
map get overlooked in getrpcent()?  It still does static lookups in /etc/rpc.
(In 1.3.2, at least.)  Maybe there's a newer version of Sun's TIRPCSRC that
has this implemented?

I'm assuming this was just an oversight and should be send-pr'ed, but since
all the other NIS bits and pieces seem to be implemented, it seemed like an
anomaly that this wasn't  :-)  If no one says otherwise, I'll send-pr it.
