Ya know, it could just be me, but there appears to be problems 
with our implementation of MSCHAP in pppd(8).

At first I though Christos' changes didn't make the tree or had
been lost with a new import.  Further investigation showed they
didn't make 1.3.2, so I moved my testing to NetBSD-current.

I'm still seeing the same behavior tho.

I'm to the point where I am ready to send-pr this, but I 
wanted to make sure other people are having the same problem.

Can anyone authenticate successfully to a Microsoft RAS with
pppd?
