Is there any possibility of incorporating the ICS IDEFS interface code into
arm32 -current kernel source?

Space has recently become at a premium on my system and I have had to remount a
partition on one of the drives attached to the ICS interface in my RiscPC.
Unfortunately -current kernels lock up when probing the podulebus. I can avoid
this by going back to a test 1.3E kernel supplied by Mark Brinicome back in
March (and which, by the way gives vastly superior serial port/modem
communications to -current! some things seem to advance backwards).

The ICS code in the kernel I am currently (sic) using appears to work perfectly
and there seems to be no reason for it not to be merged with the source tree -
any chance?

regards,
Dave
