The defopt SCSIVERBOSE which creates a file called opt_scsiverbose.h
is being changed so the file created is opt_scsi.h which will then
become a repository of a number of miscellaneous scsi options.

A kernel reconfig will be necessary as a small number of files which
include opt_scsiverbose.h will now include opt_scsi.h (and it won't
be there w/o the reconfig).
