Ok, a premium I can understand but, with 10/100BaseTx cards going
for around $25/each I was thinking a premium would be more like
$100.

Anyway, thanks for the info, I guess I'll let that 5 fiber port Linksys
switch rot for a few more years. It's a bit of overkill for my SOHO anyway
