I got a warning when I used the maketars script that it couldn't find the
man pages for ar. So I went and looked at /usr/src/usr.bin/Makefile only
to find that ar isn't listed, AFAICT. Is this intentional or just an
oversight? Something needs to be changed, either the list for man.tar.gz
or the Makefile in src/usr.bin.
