net.inet.ip.mtudisc was enabled on mail.netbsd.org which caused some problems
with broken firewalls.

It is now turned off.

We have to apology that this caused some problems.
All who have been unsubscribed should be now back on the lists (at least on
current-users and netbsd-bugs).

P.S: There was a second round of unsubscribes which was caused by a mail
problem after the first round so all people which where resubscribed
after the first round where again unsubscribed. This is also fixed.
