Oh, nuts... it looks like this happened w/ other platforms, too :-/

Build/install new libbfd (obviously you already have), then relink all
of src/gnu/usr.bin/binutils/... and reinstall them.

Then you will be OK.  Sigh, I will try and deal with this sanely this week.
