At this point in time, the 'VME147' conf file for mvme68k is equivalent to
a GENERIC conf file for the port.

I believe the reason for the lack of a GENERIC is that mvme68k was
(eventually) supposed to cover a number of Motorola VME1xx m68k boards,
which really only have the 680x0 processor in common (the boards' glue
and I/O chips are completely different!). Since support of the other
boards isn't likely in the foreseeable future (volunteers welcome),
perhaps renaming VME147 to GENERIC is appropriate...
