The update:

I had forgotten to "make clean" in /usr/src/usr.sbin/config before I rebuilt
it. Doh!

Next, I had to rebuild /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/ld, since the old one didn't
understand a directive that was being thrown at it.


The new problem:

Now, maybe it's valid, but I haven't see the

#if !defined(FOO)

syntax before, so I just diked it out. That probably isn't the entire
problem, if it's the problem at all, though. If it fails again, I'll
try it again.
