Seems weighted to NetBSD Programmers rather than Users. How about:
"Unix System Administration Handbook" by Nemeth, Snyder, Seebass and Hein.
"The Design and Implementation of the 4.4 BSD Operating System" by
McKusick, Bostic, Karels and Quarterman.
