Hmm, a menu driven hierarchial program might be nice.

Configure
  System parameters
    MaxUsers
    BufPages
  Filesystems
    FFS
    NFS
    AmigaOS FS
    MS-DOS FS
  Hardware
    CPU
    Memory
    PCMCIA
    SCSI
    PCI
    ISA
    Ethernet
      card X
      card Y

etc. and the user could enter the menus in any order and change the
parameters he/she wants.  The program should probably read and write
kernel config files...
