Sorry, there is nothing written.
The keyboard layout is most easily changed by a
config option like
options 	"PCKBD_LAYOUT=(KB_DE | KB_NODEAD)"
(Choose one fron the list in dev/wscons/wskbdmap_mfii.h)
Make sure "pckbd.c" is recompiled after the change.

(There is an ioctl() interface as well, but no utility
to use it easily.)
