Refusing to accept spam is not an attack.   Passing spam is.   When
email spam started being a big problem, I spam-proofed *all* of my
mailing lists.   Majordomo has built-in support for spamproofing.
There's *no* excuse for a mailing list to be forwarding trivially
rejectable spam in this day and age.
