I dunno, but maybe someone accidentally chmodded pkgsrc so that it wasn't
world-readable (or so that it wasn't readable by the sup scanner). I
managed to avoid having pkgsrc deleted, but sup did go and "update" every
file. My gnu dir did get deleted earlier though, which rather annoyed
me...
