Okay, I for one would love to be running my own alpha.  Now from what
dealing I had some time ago maintaining DEC alpha boxes, they had glue
flash PROM's for specific OS handling - say I contact these folks you
mention and order either an SX or LX board hoping to build a system.
Can I run 1.3.1 or -current out of the box on such a board?  -- Ken
