I remember from some time back that the 1.3 xsrc had XKB disabled by
default (on i386 servers, anyway), while it's enabled by default for
XFree86.

kvt, the KDE terminal program, seems to want XKB or the backspace key
won't work right. If I start the server with +kb, it works, otherwise it
generates a wierd escape code.

That causes other wierd problms though, like the server refusing to
exit or restarting itself (don't know which).

What am I doing wrong? And will XKB be enabled by default for 1.3.2?
