hmm.. I remember some recent (and not-so-recent) talk about ethernet
interfaces hanging with oactive set.  I just noticed a slightly different
behavior of this.  This is on a de card which happens to be on de0.  The
interface will hang with oactive set until it _receives_ something.  Then
it'll continue for a while.
	Still usable though...er, kinda.

	btw, wasn't there a mailing list search thingy somewhere?
