A friend has been running an AMD PR233 with 64MB RAM (10ns SDRAM),
IDE & 2940W, 4MB-Mach64, 10/100 NetGear (running 100Tx, FullDup)
for about 7 or 8 months (as I recall) (motherboard is a Micronics
M7STA). He hasn't mentioned any problems (and he never hesitates
to whine about every little thing so I'm assuming he'd mention
anything he noticed with this setup).

Uvision lists them for ~$124-$135. The P233MMX goes for ~$165.

I've been thinking of upgrading to a similar configuration.
