What's the current status on any type of SMP support for i386?

I have a dual-CPU motherboard, and I picked up another Pentium today, so I
can upgrade my system to dual-CPU.  However, NetBSD doesn't support this - yet.

Is there any code I can test/work with, or should I just install FreeBSD
(or worse, NT)?
