Hello,

My system is 1.3/i386, and /etc/rc mentions a program called "gated". I 
do not see this program anywhere on my system.

I checked ftp.netbsd.org this morning, and /etc/rc also has a reference 
to gated, but I do not see this program in the current source tree.

Is it missing? Is it needed? Should the reference to it in /etc/rc and 
/etc/rc.conf be removed?
