Looks like one needs a licsense to redistribute it. Putting it in pkgsrc
with RESTRICTED="Need license to redistribute" should do the trick, I
think. That's one nice thing about pkgsrc, the package itself needn't be
distributed.

Anyway, the pointer in othersrc/README is stale.

There are some type size chanegd (unsigned -> unsigned long) that should
probably go in the pkgsrc version too.

Then there is a -u option...  is this not appropriate for general
consumption?
