*grin* That's what I observed yesterday too. I was running a kernel
compile on a diskless station. Every now and then nfs just hung.
Interesting enough - when using udp mounts I sometimes got a 'server not
responding' message back to the terminal while with tcp mounts, I only
got the message on the console (where normally no monitor ist connected).
|After more than two years, the machine really needed the upgrade
|anyway, I guess. :-)
That would ruin uptime ;-)
