Hi folks...

Yet More Changes To Config... dependencies on file-system options are
now generated, and the kernel Makefiles cleaned up now that the -D...
options are no longer needed (except for a few exceptions) now that
vfs_conf.c is dead.

This means you'll need to rebuild config(8) before you build a new kernel,
after your next SUP.
