I have committed the file system initialization changes I posted to
tech-kern the other day.  This means that you will have to rebuild
config(8) and run it on your kernel config file BEFORE you build a
new kernel.

The changes basically clean up the interface for adding and removing
file systems from the kernel.

If you have any problems, please send a PR, and I'll deal with them asap.
