Has anyone worked out a solution for the rcp problems when you
have NIS enabled?  The symptoms being:
rcp: rcp: rshrcmd: setuid(0): Operation not permitted                           

I use rcp to copy router configs off and stuff them into cvs, and
I've been having problems since I upgraded to 1.3.  If it hasn't
been send-pr'd, I can submit one.
