At the moment, there is only an internal mailing list of all the 
people working on the packages system itself. For general package
discussion, I'd suggest using current-users for now.

(Though I'd say we move that internal list to packages@netbsd.org
for general packages related discussion, and maybe add a list
tech-pkg for discussion on the build- and packaging system, if
needed)
